Course fees may be paid by credit card, personal cheque or bank cheque, Money Order, or electronic transfer of funds.  All fees must be received by I.C.S.T.R. (QLD) on or before the due dates in order for the student to start or continue in the program. (See below.)

For costs of the next available course, please contact us or see our website.  Use the link on the New Courses page.

Students can register and pay for the Introductory Module only, or the full course, depending on their particular preference.

Where application is made more than four weeks prior to commencement date, a Securing Deposit will be accepted.  A form for this purpose is included in the application package.  The balance of the appropriate fee must be received by the school before the start of the course.

PAYMENT OPTIONS (General)

To make fee payment more convenient, I.C.S.T.R. (QLD) offers students the following options:

Full fee paid on or before the closing date on the Application/Registration form:

The course fee is either paid in full prior to the closing date, or by special arrangement, it may be paid in several payments as is convenient for you.  Provided the full amount is received by the closing date, the 'cash price' will apply.

Deposit & Payment:

Where a student registers for module one only, the fee covers all tuition and training materials etc., for that module.  If you elect to continue after module one, the remainder of the fees must be paid by the date shown on the Fee Schedule, included in the application package.

TAX DEDUCTIONS

Students are advised that course fees may be tax deductible under the 'self education', Section 8 - 1 of the Australian Income Tax Assessment Act, for people working in related industries.  Other types of tax deduction may be available for people operating other businesses.  You should check with your accountant.

AN INVESTMENT IN YOUR FUTURE

Your course fees and related costs are a business investment.  The I.C.S.T.R. (QLD) P.S.H. Practitioner Training Program is designed specifically as a vocational training program.  Our aim is to teach you what is necessary to become gainfully employed in a new and rewarding career.

Please note that all fees are subject to and (unless otherwise stated) include GST.

REFUNDS

In the event of a student not wanting to continue with the course, a pro-rata refund of fees paid in advance will be made.  This applies only to modules that have been paid for and not commenced – no refund is paid for ‘part’ of any module.

The appropriate fees for each module are clearly detailed on our Fee Schedule that is sent to every applicant.
